Objective

Greenwich Cove Capital was founded to invest in, operate and grow an established service or manufacturing company in the greater New York and Connecticut area. GCC aims to partner with founders who are looking to maximize their exit value and to leave their business and employees in capable hands. We deploy our own capital and have the flexibility and experience to close quickly.

Investment Criteria
  • Established business with at least 5 years in operation
  • $2 million and more in annual revenues
  • Valued at $1.5 – $8.0 million
  • Consistent profit margins over the last 3 years
  • Located in the greater New York or Connecticut area

Andrey Omelich

Principal of Greenwich Cove Capital LLC


Over eighteen years of real estate property development and management experience. Open market and REO acquisitions, working with architects, engineers, managing field crews, working with Building and Environmental Protection Departments, full and partial remodeling.

Twenty years of experience in various capacities in the Investment Banking field.
Industry experience
  • Worked on deals in commercial and residential real estate, auto loans and leases, rental car fleet and floor plan financing, student loans, aircraft and container finance
  • Experience in developing a turnaround strategy for a distressed country club, a variety of municipal investment projects, poultry farm and rail car transportation company
  • Co-founded and actively managed a re-commerce start-up, which is presently in its 14th year of operation

 

Education
  • Georgetown University – Master’s Degree with distinctions in Foreign Service and Finance
  • University of Santa Barbara, California –  Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics
 
Personal
I enjoy spending time with my two sons, whether it is biking or modifying cars with my oldest son or going to basketball games with my youngest. I also like running at Greenwich Point Park, fishing in Long Island, skiing up north and driving my old e92 at Lime Rock Park and the Watkins Glen.
